The Trainings application, which is part of the HUMAN RESOURCES application group, is used to manage various types of training. With the help of this application, we get an overview of the held trainings and training participants, and there is also the possibility to comment on individual trainings – training participants have the opportunity to comment on individual trainings and add assessments, which helps to gain an overview of the effectiveness of individual trainings.
1. Create training record
In the Trainings application, click on the New training button on the page. Enter the name of training in the open form and specify the date of the training. We will also fill in the content of the training and select the participants to participate in this training. This completes the form and we can click on the Save button. We can now see the record we created on the Trainings page.
2. Training assessment
After the training, it can be evaluated. The Training assessment tab, which can be found in our form, is used for this. In this tab, we click on the New training assessment button, which opens an edit form in which the name of the training and its date are automatically filled in. It is also necessary to fill in the evaluation date. Furthermore, it is possible to fill in an evaluation of the benefit or report the benefit of the given training. At the end, we fill in the general evaluation, assign a grade and save the evaluation form.
If we create a training record and attach a list of participants to it, a training record will appear for each of them in the Courses, certificates and competencies view table in the Employees application.
