1. Create employee record
In the HUMAN RESOURCES module, click on the Employees application in the left navigation bar, then click on the New employee button on the page. This will open the edit form for a new employee record. In it, we fill in the full name of the employee, and if the employee has access to the NET Genium information system, we select his Login name. By checking the Active field, we determine whether the employee is still employed with us. You also need to fill in the bank details and check the method of wage transfer.
2. Creating an employee work contract
By clicking on the New job position button, we will assign the employee his job position – work contract. In the form, we first determine the categorized function of the employee. If it is a job position of an exceptional or short-term nature, such as a part-time job, the description of the function can be entered manually in the Function without description field. Next, we assign a superior, a workplace and check the start date of the contract. We select the type of work contract and check the status and method of filling out time sheets. We will save the record of the job position. When we are done, we click on the Save button. We can now see the employee record we created on the employees page.
