Creating absences
From the HUMAN RECOURCES module, click on the left navigation bar, click on the Calendar application, then click on My absence, and then on the page click on the button New absence. In the open form, we check the user who will be absent and determine the date of the absence (we check the from-to field if we want to clearly define the beginning and end of the absence). Finally, we enter the reason for the absence and possibly add a comment. We will save the recording for the end. Absences are used, for example, to record business trips or visits to the doctor. However, it is not used to enter holidays.
Creating deadlines
Dates represent personal dates of a specific user of the information system (e.g. a meeting with a customer). In the left navigation bar, click on the view page My deadlines, and then click on the page button New deadline. In the open form, we fill in the subject and check the date. When we are done, we click on the Save button.
Creating events
Events are events common to all employees of the company (for example, training). We create a new event from the Events view page after pressing the New event button. We enter the name of the event, check the date, and then save the recording.
Graphic event calendar
On the view page Overall calendar we can display selected types of events (absences, events, deadlines, holidays...) in a graphic calendar. These records can also be opened directly from the calendar by clicking on the record header.
