Click on the FINANCE module in the upper gray bar. There are several ways to dispose of an incoming invoice or part of it. By Advance invoice, Wire transfer, Cash voucher, or Settlements without bond. Now we click on Incoming invoices in the left navigation bar, and then click on the New invoice button on the page. Fill in the friendly name in the open form. We will also determine the date of issue, date of taxable performance, due date, invoice number, and variable symbol. We specify the business unit and we can also use the picker to assign suppliers. Now we click on the New item button in the Invoice items table. In the item form, we check the item name and determine the quantity. Next, we determine the unit price and save the record. In the Invoice items table we can now see the item we created. When we are done, we press the Save button. On the All incoming invoices page, we can now see the invoice record we created.
Now we will show the settlements of part of the invoice created by us by wire tranfer. So we click on the application Bank in the left navigation bar, and then click on the button New wire transfer on the page. In the form, we fill in the account number, the amount, the date of payment, and in the section Settlements we assign the incoming invoice to the wire transfer. Finally, we select the state Assigned and press the button Save. On the Wire transfers page, we can now see the bank payment we created, which paid part of the incoming invoice.
Another method of settlements of the incoming invoice is by cash voucher. So we click on Incoming invoices in the left navigation bar, where we open the invoice record we want on the page. In the form, we go to the Settlements tab. In the Wire transfers table we see the bank payment created by us. To pay the remaining amount, we click on the New cash voucher button. In the form, we check the field Price excl. VAT0 and click on the Save button. In the Cash vouchers table, we can now see the cash voucher created by us. After clicking on the Dates tab, we can see that the invoice has been paid. When we are done, we click on the Save button.
