Through the approval process, we may delay the validity of a document until it is approved by one or more users.
Create approval request
In the CRM module, click on the Documents application and either click on the New Document item, or open the form of an existing document from the view page. To submit the document to the approval process, click on the Approval process tab.
Here we select the corresponding Approval process and select Create a process. This step assigns all the steps set in the selected approval process to the document. The details of the approval process and the creation of the approval processes are identical to the procedure for approving orders, invoices and internal documents and are described on the Approval page.
