Create a new business account
In the upper gray bar, click on the CRM module, and then on the Business accounts page, click on the New business account button. There are two ways to automatically fill out a business account form. The first way is that we only know the name of the business account and we do not know the ID. So we fill in the name and in the field Identification number we press the button ARES, which automatically fills in the data on the business account based on the information taken from the ARES system. If we wish to create the address of our business account, we click on the OK button. We will check the address data in the form and click on the Save button. We have thus created a record of the address of our business account, which we see in the table Addresses. At the same time, we see that our ID number and VAT number have been filled in automatically. We can also assign contacts to the business account. In the Contacts and addresses section, click on the New contact button. We will fill in the surname, first name and e-mail in the open form. When we're done, we'll save the contact form. In the table Contacts we now see the contact we created. When we're done, click the Save button. On the Business accounts page, we now see the business account we have created.
Now let's show the second way to create a new business account using the same example. We will now open the business account we created and press the Delete button. Then we click on the New Business Account button again on the page. The second way is that we only know the ID of the business account and we do not know its name. So we fill in the ID number, and then we click on the ARES button, which automatically fills in the name of the business account and other data based on the information from the ARES system. If we wish to create the address of our business account, we click on the OK button. We will check the address data in the form and click on the Save button. We have thus created a record of the address of our business account, which we see in the table Addresses. The name of the business account and the VAT number were also filled in automatically. We will add contacts to our business account in the same way as for the first variant shown.
