Time sheets is used to enter time sheets by individual employees. During the day, it is also possible to fill in several task time sheets, which are then the basis for the automatic compilation of the overall daily time sheet.
We usually assign task time sheets to customers, contract in progress or overhead work. In this way, we can easily evaluate the efficiency of the work and at the same time we have the documents available for the subsequent invoicing. The sale and purchase price of the work is entered through the time sheet types, which are a mandatory attribute of every task time sheet. The invoicing itself takes place in such a way that in the newly outgoing invoice we have the work performed for the given client or on the selected contract transferred to the items of the outgoing invoice in a simple way.
For sharing and also checking work results, overviews of all employees time sheets displayed both in tabular form and in a graphic calendar, as well as statistical overviews of unbilled timesheets, hours worked and wage costs are used.
